Chemnitz hosts Grand Prix of Saxony equestrian tournament

The Chemnitz Exhibition Centre will host the Grand Prix of Saxony from November 6 to 8, 2026. The three day event features 19 show jumping competitions of varying difficulty levels, with approximately 180 riders from nine different nations participating.

Key highlights include the German State Association Championships, where 13 teams of four riders will compete for the title. The event also features the German Indoor Championship for individual state champions. To encourage family attendance, children up to 14 years old receive free admission for all three days, accompanied by a dedicated children's show featuring costume jumping, dressage, and vaulting.

Saturday evening will feature the Chemnitz Horse Night, a program combining dressage, driving, jumping, and equestrian arts, including pony four-in-hand displays and aerial artistry.
