His remarks follow a Facebook post by Hsinchu County Magistrate Yang Wen-ke, who reflected on their eight-year partnership and called for unity despite current political turbulence. Chen responded by posting a photo with Yang, stating that he values their friendship and remains committed to the principles he held eight years ago, specifically supporting those he deems “kind people.”
