Chen Hsing-yu, daughter of former President Chen Shui-bian, has sparked public attention following a one-star Google Maps review left at the orthopedic clinic owned by her ex-husband, Chao Chien-ming. The review, which included allegations regarding personal conduct and medical professionalism, disappeared from the platform shortly after being posted.

Discussions regarding the review's disappearance highlight Google Maps' policies, noting that while business owners cannot directly delete reviews, they can report them for violations such as personal attacks or non-consumer-related content. Alternatively, the reviewer may have manually withdrawn the post.

Further controversy has emerged regarding leaked conversations involving a nurse at the clinic. The messages suggest a rental arrangement where the nurse paid 10,000 TWD in monthly rent and 6,000 TWD in management fees for a property, while also assisting with clinic maintenance. Legal experts have questioned whether these terms constitute special treatment or if the use of the clinic's official LINE account to handle private disputes was appropriate.
