Cheng Yi and Louis Koo star in upcoming drama ‘Hunting Lies’

Production for the upcoming Youku suspense drama ‘Hunting Lies’ (狩謊) has moved to the Yantian Film and Television Base in Shenzhen following filming in Hong Kong. The 18-episode series is produced by Eric Tsang and directed by Luk Kim-ching.

Leading actor Cheng Yi, who portrays a psychologist named Lin Yanting, was recently seen filming scenes in Hong Kong alongside veteran actor Louis Koo, who is making a guest appearance. The collaboration between the two actors has generated significant social media interest. The cast also includes notable figures such as Anita Yuen, Carman Lee, Xu Zheng, and Sunny Chan.

Fans have expressed particular excitement regarding the inclusion of Carman Lee, sparking online discussions about a potential reunion between her and Louis Koo, reminiscent of their classic roles in ‘The Return of the Condor Heroes’.
