Chervon appoints Krystle Adams as Director of Sales Recruitment
Chervon has appointed Krystle Adams as its new Director of Sales Recruitment, effective October 19, 2026. Adams will report directly to Matt DeFeo, the Senior Vice President of Sales, Training, and Recruitment.
Adams joins the company following a nine-year tenure at TTI, where she held various roles in sales and recruitment. Her most recent position was National Recruitment Operations Manager, where she led recruitment efforts across university campuses and developed a national university internship program.
In her new role at Chervon, Adams aims to establish a campus recruitment system designed to hire hundreds of high-potential university graduates to support the company’s national sales organization plans. Adams holds a degree in Business and Marketing from the University of California, Riverside.
