Chervon appoints Matthew H. DeFeo as SVP of Sales, Training and Recruitment

Chervon has appointed Matthew H. DeFeo as Senior Vice President of Sales, Training and Recruitment, effective September 14, 2026. DeFeo will report directly to CEO Joe Galli.

With over forty years of experience in the power tools and outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry, DeFeo has held significant roles at Black and Decker, where he was an original member of the DeWalt PRO electric tool business, and Techtronic Industries (TTI), where he contributed to the growth of the Milwaukee and Ryobi brands. His expertise includes building large-scale sales organizations, managing distribution channels, and developing talent recruitment and training systems.

Chervon aims to leverage DeFeo’s experience to catalyze its next phase of growth, focusing on sales organization expansion, talent scaling, and strengthening relationships with key customers.
