Represented in Greece by the Spanos Group, the company claims a spare parts availability rate of over 95% through a dedicated local supply center.

As part of the ‘Chery-Family Care’ program, the brand offers several service guarantees. If a vehicle repair exceeds two days, the company provides a free courtesy car to the owner. Additionally, while Chery provides a standard 7-year factory warranty, the Spanos Group extends this coverage in Greece to a total of up to 12 years. The company emphasizes the use of genuine factory-approved parts to ensure vehicle safety and maintain resale value.
