Chery expands Malaysian presence through auto show and new Alor Setar center

Chery Malaysia is participating in the StarCarSifu Auto Show 2026, held at Mid Valley Megamall. The event features various automotive brands, including Chery, which is showcasing its SUV portfolio and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models. Key models on display include the flagship TIGGO 9 and the TIGGO 7 PHEV. Chery is also highlighting its Chery Super Hybrid (CSH) technology, which aims to combine electric efficiency with petrol engine flexibility.

During the auto show, Chery is offering exclusive promotional pricing on several models, such as the TIGGO Cross Turbo, Chery O5, and TIGGO 8 PHEV. Customers booking vehicles during the event may also receive official merchandise and special rebates.

In a separate development, Indah Utara Enterprise Sdn Bhd has opened a new Chery 3S center in Alor Setar, Kedah. This facility utilizes the Gen 4.0 concept, focusing on sophisticated design and enhanced customer experience. It is the second Chery outlet in the northern region operated by the company, following their existing center in Sungai Petani.
