Chery iCAR V27 Long-Range Edition to launch September 30

Chery's iCAR brand is set to launch the V27 Long-Range Edition on September 30. This new version of the hard-style mid-sized range-extended SUV features a 51.2 kWh LFP battery from CATL, providing a pure electric range of up to 300 km under CLTC conditions.

The vehicle supports 6kW Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality and can fast charge from 30% to 80% in 17 minutes. It is powered by a 1.5T range-extended engine with a thermal efficiency of 45.79%, delivering a total system driving power of 335kW.

Technological upgrades include the Super Falcon 700+ intelligent driving system, which utilizes Hesai LiDAR and 27 high-precision sensors. The system is supported by the Horizon Journey 6P chip, providing 560TOPS of AI computing power and featuring the HSD V2.1 solution for end-to-end intelligent driving capabilities.
