Chery launches Tiggo 4 compact hybrid SUV

Chery has introduced the Tiggo 4, the smallest full hybrid SUV in its current lineup. Positioned as a compact crossover, the vehicle aims to provide practicality and value, competing with models such as the Ford Puma, Dacia Duster, and Vauxhall Frontera.

The Tiggo 4 features a design aesthetic consistent with the Tiggo 7 and Tiggo 8, characterized by a large diamond-patterned grille, LED daytime running lights, and a continuous light strip across the rear. Dimensions include a length of 4.32 meters, a width of 1.83 meters, and a height of 1.65 meters, with an 18.5-centimeter ground clearance suitable for light off-road use.

Inside, the cabin is equipped with dual 12.3-inch screens for infotainment and digital instrumentation, supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Higher trim levels, such as the Summit edition, offer enhanced features including an electric driver’s seat, heated steering wheel, wireless phone charging, and 360-degree parking cameras. Chery provides a seven-year or 100,000-mile warranty for the vehicle.
