Chery launches Tiggo Cross Sport Edition in Malaysia

Chery Malaysia has officially launched the 2026 Chery Tiggo Cross Sport Edition (SE) in Malaysia. Based on the Turbo variant of the standard Tiggo Cross, the SE features a sportier exterior bodykit including a gloss black front bumper lip, a rear bumper garnish with a diffuser-style element, and faux silver tailpipe cut-outs. The vehicle also carries a ‘Sport’ badge on the tailgate.

The interior remains identical to the standard Turbo model, featuring a dual 20.5-inch screen setup with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, dual-zone air conditioning, and Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

Mechanically, the SE is powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine producing 147 PS and 210 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed wet dual-clutch transmission (DCT). The vehicle is locally assembled at the Inokom plant in Kulim, Kedah. While the standard price is set at RM91,800, a promotional price of RM83,800 is currently available. The launch includes a 7-year or 150,000 km warranty.
