Chery unveils new generation Arrizo 7 sedan

Chery has released the first official images of the new generation Arrizo 7 sedan ahead of its public debut at the Chengdu Auto Show. The new model features a fastback design with aesthetic elements reminiscent of Audi models, such as a grille similar to the Audi RS series and slim headlights echoing the Audi A6.

This marks the return of the Arrizo 7 line after the previous generation ceased production in China between 2013 and 2018. While technical specifications have not been fully disclosed, local reports suggest the vehicle will utilize gasoline engines without hybrid systems. The new model is positioned below the Arrizo 8 series in Chery’s sedan lineup, with expected pricing ranging from approximately 113,900 to 145,900 yuan.
