Chetumal authorities inspect Expofer rides and food stalls

Civil Protection authorities in Chetumal conducted preventive inspections of mechanical rides and food stalls at Parque Quintana Roo ahead of the Expofer opening. The inspections focused on verifying safety measures, including seatbelts, fastening systems, structural stability, and mechanical component status.

Officials also reviewed electrical installations, wiring, and grounding to ensure safety. In the food service areas, personnel inspected stalls using gas or charcoal, checking hoses, regulators, and electrical connections to prevent leaks and minimize incidents.
