Chevrolet Bolt EV to have limited production run through 2027
General Motors has announced that the 2027 Chevrolet Bolt EV will have a limited production run, with manufacturing expected to end by summer 2027. The new model, which is a second-generation version of the original Bolt, offers an EPA-estimated range of 262 miles.
Despite the popularity of the Bolt line, which previously included the Bolt EUV, GM plans to transition its production facilities to focus on electric Silverado and Sierra pickup trucks. The 2027 model features an RS trim with updated styling, including a new front grille, gloss black roof rails, and 17-inch black alloy wheels.
