Chiapas State Attorney General Jorge Luis Llaven Abarca announced the arrest of Adier “N” following the discovery of Isaura Patricia López Vázquez’s body in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. The 34-year-old victim was found inside a vehicle in the San Cayetano neighborhood.
Preliminary investigations indicate the cause of death was acute hemorrhage resulting from a gunshot wound. Authorities seized a firearm during the arrest, and forensic experts are working to determine if it was the weapon used in the crime. The Attorney General stated that the state will seek the maximum penalty of up to 100 years in prison for the suspect, emphasizing a policy of zero impunity regarding crimes against women.
