Chiara Ferragni faces three mult‑million euro lawsuits after Pandoro Gate

Influencer‑entrepreneur Chiara Ferragni was cleared of aggravated fraud charges linked to the 2022 "Pandoro Gate" scandal, but she still must fulfil an Antitrust‑mandated donation of €800,000 to charities of her choosing.

Three civil suits continue to loom over her holding company Fenice. Eyewear group Safilo is seeking €5.9 million, Angelini Beauty claims damages over an unfulfilled 2023 perfume line, and fashion group Swinger International has launched an initial‑stage claim.

Fenice reported a projected €2.7 million revenue for 2025 and a modest €64,679 liability. Manager Claudio Calabi announced salary cuts—from €220 k to €120 k for himself and a reduction of his board fee—from €70 k to €20 k—aimed at cost efficiency. The only commercial contract that survived the crisis, according to Calabi, is the ongoing agreement with jewelry brand Morellato.
