Chiara Ferragni lands in Athens to partner with designer Vassia Kostara

Italian influencer Chiara Ferragni arrived in Athens on the night of Sunday, 14‑15 June to begin a fashion partnership with Greek designer Vassia Kostara. The collaboration, described as a campaign with a photoshoot scheduled for the following day, is said to have an international focus that could showcase Greek creative entrepreneurship abroad.

Speaking to the media at the airport, Ferragni said, "It's always wonderful to visit Greece; it's one of my favourite countries, and we are here for a campaign with a photoshoot tomorrow." She added that she loves the country’s sea, people and culture and hinted at personal happiness, declaring she was "in love right now." The comments also revealed a new romantic relationship with Colombian‑Italian resident Jose Hernandez, a 35‑year‑old Global Business Manager at Yokohama TWS, who has a background in engineering and senior roles at tyre manufacturers.

The visit is generating significant media coverage in Greece and abroad, with expectations that the joint project will raise the profile of Greek fashion on the world stage.
