Chiara Ferragni's brand firm Fenice posts near‑break‑even 2025 results

Fenice, the company that manages Chiara Ferragni's brands, reported a 2025 loss of about €65,000, a sharp improvement from the €3.5 million loss recorded in 2024. Revenue increased to €2.7 million from €2.1 million the year before, while operating costs were cut in half, falling from €4.9 million to €2.7 million after a spending review led by manager Claudio Calabi.

The financial turnaround was supported by a €6.4 million capital increase completed in 2025, which restored liquidity. The recovery follows Ferragni's acquittal in January 2026 from aggravated fraud charges linked to the 2022 Pandoro‑gate scandal. Reputation metrics for Ferragni have risen to 68 points out of 100, still below the pre‑crisis level of 88, but signalling a gradual rebuilding of trust with partners and the market.
