Chiara Pinzi elected secretary of GD Tirreno, uniting Ladispoli, Cerveteri and Santa Marinella youth Democrats

Chiara Pinzi was unanimously elected secretary of the Young Democrats of Tirreno (GD Tirreno), the territorial youth organization that brings together the Democratic Party sections of Ladispoli, Cerveteri and Santa Marinella. The new leadership, composed entirely of members under 30, will prepare for upcoming electoral contests, including the 2027 national elections and the 2028 regional elections. Party officials highlighted the importance of investing in new generations, noting Pinzi’s experience on the municipal youth council.

Lucia Gaglione, PD secretary for Santa Marinella and Santa Severa, praised Pinzi, saying the youth wing needs “an open, brave space” and a “new class of leaders prepared to give voice to citizens’ hopes.” In September, the PD Lazio will restart its political training school to equip young activists with governing skills, with the party pledging full support to the GD Tirreno’s new direction.
