Chiaravalle Centrale proposes service network for Preserre municipalities

The civic coalition ‘Radici e Futuro’ has proposed the ‘Patto delle Preserre’ (Preserre Pact) to improve essential services in Chiaravalle Centrale and surrounding municipalities. The initiative aims to create a territorial network to address the growing distance between citizens and institutional services caused by the closure of hospitals, court sections, and reduced local healthcare availability.

The proposal seeks to establish a convention between Chiaravalle Centrale and other municipalities in the Preserre area to manage proximity services collectively. This includes on-demand mobility, citizen assistance, and the enhancement of the Proximity Office. Rather than creating new administrative bodies or increasing municipal budgets, the plan focuses on using existing tools to share resources, personnel, and organizational costs. The goal is to start with at least three municipalities and progressively expand the agreement to other local centers.
