Chiavari launches new citizen and youth services

The municipality of Chiavari is introducing two new service initiatives to support its residents. Starting October 28, the ‘Sportello del Cittadino’ (Citizen Desk) will begin operations at the Front Office in Piazza N. S. dell’Orto 1. Managed in collaboration with Villaggio del Ragazzo, the desk will be open Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The service aims to assist citizens with administrative and digital procedures, including SPID activation, applying for bonuses and benefits, and navigating municipal online platforms.

Additionally, the ‘Informagiovani’ (Youth Information) service is relocating to Spazio Lido in Viale Tito Groppo, with an inauguration scheduled for October 27. Targeting individuals aged 15 to 35, the service provides free guidance on education, training, employment opportunities, and volunteering. The new location is intended to integrate youth services with existing community hubs, including coworking spaces and local sports facilities. The desk will operate every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
