Chiayi County is promoting various summer activities for families, focusing on both tourism and health services.

In Shuishang Township, the Cultural and Tourism Bureau recommends several themed attractions. Options include the Space Education Hall for scientific exploration, Sophie Candy Box for sweets and crafts, and the Pin Huang Coffee Factory for industry education. For nature lovers, Fengshuo Orchard offers fruit and vegetable picking experiences, such as corn and tomatoes.

Simultaneously, the Chiayi County Health Bureau is expanding child development screenings and health promotion services. An event held in Minxiong Township provided professional assessments of children's language, cognitive, and motor skills, alongside free dental fluoride treatments for children under six. The initiative also included adult cancer screenings and interactive health education challenges for families to encourage early detection and healthy lifestyle habits.
