Chibi Maruko-chan celebrates 40th anniversary with special merchandise lottery

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Momoko Sakura’s manga series “Chibi Maruko-chan,” a special “Happy Kuji” lottery collection will be released starting November 7, 2026. The collection features various themed merchandise including figures, tote bags, tableware, and stationery.

Key prizes include a special “Maruko’s Room” figure that recreates a scene from the original manga, a collection of character figures, and a figure based on the cover of the first volume. Other items include rubber mascot keychains, flat pouches, mini towels, and sticker sets. The lottery will be available at various retailers, including Seven-Eleven, Ito-Yokado, Lawson, and online stores, for 850 yen per draw.
