Chicago Bears leave Kyler Gordon on PUP list ahead of Packers game

Chicago Bears Kyler Gordon NFL PUP list injury update

The Chicago Bears will not have cornerback Kyler Gordon available for their upcoming game against the Green Bay Packers. Although Gordon participated in full practices during the week, he remains on the physically unable-to-perform (PUP) list due to a calf injury.

Gordon faces a deadline to be activated to the 53-man roster; if the team does not move him off the PUP list by the designated window, he will be unable to play for the remainder of the season. Defensive lineman Shemar Turner also remains on the PUP list while recovering from a torn ACL.

To fill the roster vacancy, the Bears have activated linebacker Noah Sewell, who is returning from an Achilles injury sustained late last season.
