Chicago Blackhawks face early-season struggles and trade rumors

The Chicago Blackhawks have struggled through the first 11 games of the season, recording a 3-8-0 record and sitting at the bottom of the Central Division. Despite offseason moves to acquire defenseman Bowen Byram and signing Patrick Kane, the team has failed to find consistency even following the return of star center Connor Bedard from shoulder surgery.

As the team seeks to improve its performance, trade rumors have emerged linking Chicago to the Philadelphia Flyers. The Flyers are reportedly seeking a top-six center and have shown interest in Blackhawks players Frank Nazar and Oliver Moore. While the Flyers view Nazar as a long-term prospect with top-six upside, reports suggest the Blackhawks are not currently looking to trade him. The team's management continues to face questions regarding the timeline and effectiveness of their ongoing rebuild.
