Pittsburgh Pirates trade No. 34 draft pick to Chicago White Sox for prospects Jacob Gonzalez and Brandon Eisert

The Pittsburgh Pirates sent the Competitive‑Balance Round A No. 34 overall pick, worth $2.9 million, and minor‑league left‑hander Jaden Woods to the Chicago White Sox. In return the White Sox delivered in‑field prospect Jacob Gonzalez and left‑handed reliever Brandon Eisert.
