Chick-fil-A construction continues in Levittown, NY with fall opening expected
Chick-fil-A is rebuilding its Levittown, New York location at the former Mario’s Pizzeria site on Hempstead Turnpike, now part of Lincoln Plaza. The original building was demolished in late June and crews have erected a new restaurant layout that includes dual drive‑thru lanes, a bypass lane, and order‑point canopies.
Franchisee Dave Heffernan secured redevelopment approval from Middletown Township officials and announced that the rebuilt restaurant is slated to reopen to customers this fall, though no official opening date has been confirmed. While the site is closed, patrons have been directed to a sister Chick-fil‑A at 1440 East Lincoln Highway.
Construction progress is visible, but supply‑chain delays and permitting processes have contributed to uncertainty around the exact launch date.
