Chick-fil-A to convert Little Blue Menu location to traditional restaurant

Chick-fil-A will convert its final Little Blue Menu location in College Park, Maryland, into a traditional Chick-fil-A restaurant in early 2027. The move marks the conclusion of the company’s experimental test-and-learn brand.

Little Blue Menu was designed to explore menu innovations outside the chain’s standard offerings, featuring items such as burgers, pizza, bone-in wings, onion rings, and sweet potato tots. The concept first debuted in Nashville in 2021 but closed that location in 2023. The College Park site, which launched later that year, served as the last remaining outlet for the brand.

A company statement confirmed the transition, noting that after several years of exploring new ways to serve guests, the location will return to a traditional model. The Little Blue Menu name originally referenced the blue menus used at founder Truett Cathy’s first restaurant in Georgia.
