Chicken Salad Chick appoints Drew Travis as CFO

Chicken Salad Chick has appointed Drew Travis as its new Chief Financial Officer. Travis, who brings over 18 years of finance experience and a decade in the restaurant industry, previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance at GoTo Foods. His background includes leadership roles at Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., GrubHub, Discover Financial Services, and Levi Strauss & Co.

This leadership addition follows recent executive appointments of Jill Thomas as Chief Marketing Officer and Brian Lindley as Chief Development Officer. Travis is expected to support the brand’s long-term financial strategy and national expansion.

Separately, the Auburn, Alabama-based chain ranked first in the 2026 U.S. emerging dining brands study conducted by YouGov. The restaurant chain achieved the highest Emerging Momentum score of 83.2, outperforming other brands such as Cook Out and Just Salad. The study evaluated brands based on metrics including net buzz, consumer consideration, and innovation.
