Chicken Town expands franchise network across Brazil under CEO Rogério Davino

Chicken Town, a Brazilian franchise specializing in crispy breaded chicken, announced a new cycle of national growth. Led by CEO Rogério Davino, who brings more than 25 years of retail and franchising experience, the chain now operates over 20 units in ten states and aims to broaden its presence throughout the country. The company has revised franchise contracts, updated operational manuals, streamlined logistics and strengthened support for franchisees to sustain consistent expansion.

At the same time, meat producer Friboi is intensifying its food‑service strategy in Brazil’s key tourist destinations. After a 70% sales rise with partner restaurants in Campos do Jordão during the 2025 winter season, Friboi extended the model to Gramado and other locations, offering co‑developed menus, premium cuts, staff training and operational support. Director of Food Service Rafael Costa said the aim is to keep new products on restaurant menus beyond peak periods, turning seasonal promotions into lasting commercial relationships.
