The project has a maximum budget of 6.4 million euros and an estimated execution period of 24 months. Located near the Ciudad de Hércules and Pablo Ruiz Picasso institutes, the facility aims to serve residential areas and provide new educational training opportunities. The design focuses on sustainability and accessibility, featuring a transparent building intended to maintain landscape views.
