Chiclana Mayor visits CADE business development center

The Mayor of Chiclana, José María Román, visited the Centro de Apoyo al Desarrollo Empresarial (CADE) in the Pelagatos industrial estate to review its operations after one and a half years of service. The facility was established through a partnership between the Chiclana City Council, which provided the land, and the Junta de Andalucía, which funded the adaptation works totaling 163,000 euros via Integrated Territorial Investment (ITI) funding.

The center features a training classroom, a meeting room, three coworking spaces, and administrative areas across two floors. Local officials noted that despite a change in location from its previous site near the Chiclana Museum, the number of people served by the center has increased, indicating growing local interest in entrepreneurship.
