Chiclana Open Ciudad de Tenis 46th Edition Scheduled for Aug 4‑9

The Open Ciudad de Chiclana tennis tournament will hold its 46th edition from 4 to 9 August at the Polideportivo Municipal de Santa Ana in Chiclana, Spain. The event features six categories – benjamín, alevín, infantil, cadete, absoluto and veteranos – and welcomes around a hundred players, many traveling from other Spanish provinces.

Registration is open until 20:00 on Saturday 1 August, with an entry fee of €20. The first 75 registrants will receive a gift from the organizers. Municipal Sports Delegate Isabel Butrón, Club president Rafael Parrado and technical director Rafael Parrado Jr. highlighted the tournament’s long tradition, noting its 46‑year history and plans to create a special edition for the upcoming 50th anniversary.

The tournament is promoted as a high‑level competition that combines sport, community, and a lively atmosphere for participants and spectators alike.
