Chieti to host Boxin’Square boxing event on October 9

The Boxin’Square boxing event is scheduled for Friday, October 9, in Piazza San Giustino, Chieti. Organized by Palestra Majestic, the event will feature a mix of Olympic-style amateur matches and professional bouts. The entire program is set to be broadcast via streaming on Prime Video.

Among the featured athletes is Stefano Ramundo, who will compete in a super lightweight match against Bosnian boxer Nikola Ivkovic. This bout is a significant step for Ramundo as he seeks to regain momentum and climb the rankings following a previous loss. Additionally, local champion Emanuele Cavallucci is set to return to the ring in Chieti after a three-year hiatus, accompanied by his brother Fabio Cavallucci.

The event is designed as a community gathering, combining sports with music, entertainment, and food services. Tickets for the Fight Arena are priced at 10 euros, which includes access to the food area, while an after-party will be held with free entry.
