Chieve hosts traditional tortelli cremaschi gathering

The Confraternita dei Tortelli Cremaschi held its first convivial gathering after the summer break at the Trattoria del Cacciatore in Chieve. The inclusion of this new venue aims to promote local activities in the Crema territory and honor traditional handmade tortelli cremaschi.

The restaurant, which has been operating since 1970, is managed by Giuseppe Barbati, his sister Beatrice, and their mother Norma Tersilla Fugazza. The menu featured traditional items such as tortelli prepared using a long-standing recipe, as well as local appetizers like Salame nobile and culatello with gnocco fritto.
