Chignautla woman critically injured in 70-meter quarry fall

A woman approximately 45 years old was critically injured after falling an estimated 70 meters in the Coahuixco quarry area of Chignautla. Emergency responders located the victim conscious but suffering from multiple injuries, including damage to both legs and thoracic swelling.

Witnesses reported hearing a scream before seeing the woman on the ground. It is believed she survived the fall because she landed on a sandy area. Authorities have not yet determined if the incident was an accident or due to other circumstances.
