Chihuahua and Puebla host free health service days

In Chihuahua capital, the municipal government’s Coordination of Environment and Animal Protection offered more than 2,150 free pet‑care services. The event, led by Mayor Marco Bonilla, included the registration of 517 animals, 500 rabies vaccinations, 443 quintuple vaccines, 490 dewormings, and the distribution of plants, water and snacks to families.

In Puebla, the ISSSTE delegation partnered with the municipal DIF to deliver a seven‑day health‑care campaign that served 1,548 people. Services provided included 242 free mammograms, 108 ultrasounds, 1,192 laboratory tests, contraceptive workshops, weight and height checks, and diabetes screening. Subdelegate Dr. Alfonso Tepanecatl García highlighted the initiative’s focus on timely, quality care under the “Trato Digno” policy.
