Chihuahua authorities flag unpermitted event featuring Cruz Pérez Cuéllar

The Municipal Governance Subdirectorate in Chihuahua has intervened regarding a planned informative assembly and wrestling spectacle in the Vistas Cerro Grande area. The event, which listed Cruz Pérez Cuéllar as a special guest, was flagged following reports from local residents.

Officials attempted to deliver a preventive notice to the Morena party offices to request the necessary documentation and safety permits required for such a public gathering. However, representatives from Morena declined to receive the official notice, stating that the party was not the organizer of the event.

Pedro Oliva, the subdirector of Municipal Governance, emphasized that no organizers have approached Civil Protection or the Governance coordination to secure the required permits. Authorities noted that these regulations are in place to ensure the safety of participants and spectators, and they will continue to monitor the situation to ensure compliance with municipal laws.
