Chihuahua City announces road repairs and waste removal

The Chihuahua City Municipal Government has announced several urban maintenance initiatives. Starting Monday, August 31, asphalt rehabilitation will begin on Escudero Street. To minimize traffic disruptions, work will be conducted at night between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM on the section between Independencia Avenue and Universidad Avenue.

Additionally, municipal authorities reported that 246 tons of waste were removed from streets and avenues throughout August. Maintenance efforts were split into two zones divided by Teófilo Borunda Avenue: the Municipal Public Services Directorate managed the southern sector, removing 101 tons, while the Urban Maintenance Directorate handled the northern sector, removing 145 tons.
