Chihuahua IEE approves 2026–2027 electoral calendar

The Council of the State Electoral Institute (IEE) has approved the comprehensive plan and calendar for the 2026–2027 electoral process in Chihuahua. The schedule includes 495 activities across 33 categories, ranging from the formal start of the process to the final vote counts.

The election is scheduled for Sunday, June 6, 2027. The process will determine the governorship, 33 deputies, 67 municipal presidencies, 67 syndics, and 678 councilors.
