Chihuahua Judicial Power Reconfigures Civil Court Assignments
The Administration Organ (OAJ) of the Chihuahua State Judicial Power is set to officialize a reconfiguration of civil court assignments within the Superior Court of Justice (TSJ). This restructuring involves an exchange of positions and leadership between the state capital and Ciudad Juárez.
Under the proposed changes, Magistrate Diana Margarita Félix Sierra will move from the Eighth Civil Chamber in Chihuahua City to the Third Regional Civil Chamber in Ciudad Juárez. Conversely, Magistrate Adriana Salcido Burrola, currently heading the Third Chamber in Juárez, is expected to relocate to the capital to lead the Second Civil Chamber.
Additionally, Magistrate Yamil Athié Gómez is slated to assume leadership of the Eighth Civil and Family Chamber in the capital, following his recent transfer from Hidalgo del Parral. While these movements have been unofficially confirmed by internal sources, the TSJ Communication Social area has not yet released official information regarding the agreement.
