Chihuahua launches digital tools to boost entrepreneurship and exports

The Chihuahua State Government, through the Secretariat of Innovation and Economic Development (SIDE), has launched two free digital platforms, HUBNEXO and ExportaPYME, to support local entrepreneurs and businesses.

HUBNEXO acts as a digital incubator designed to help users build business models, operational plans, and financial analyses. The platform calculates key indicators such as break-even points, margins, return on investment (ROI), and net present value (NPV), while providing a 12-month financial projection. Users receive a downloadable Comprehensive Business Plan and a 39-item requirement checklist to assist with project organization or presentations to financial institutions.

ExportaPYME is tailored for established companies aiming to expand into international markets. It provides an export readiness diagnosis using a 0-to-100 scale and a traffic light system to evaluate ten dimensions of the exporting process, including logistics and tariff classification. The platform offers supporting documents such as international fair export plans, a 12-month roadmap, FDA requirement checklists, and commercial intelligence reports. It also integrates data on 2,627 tariff fractions, 54 international certifications, and Mexico’s 14 trade agreements with 52 countries.
