Chihuahua Mobility Cluster launches new industrial strategy

The Chihuahua Automotive Cluster has transitioned into the Chihuahua Mobility Cluster, launching a new strategy to diversify the state's industrial landscape. The initiative aims to expand into ten industrial segments, including electromobility, heavy transport, recreational vehicles, agricultural machinery, and equipment for mining and construction.

President Jorge Alberto Charles Madrigal stated that the transformation focuses on moving beyond simple manufacturing toward design, integration, and programming to meet demands driven by electrification, automation, and digital technologies. The strategy is built on four pillars: business, technology, talent, and networking. Operating under the INDEX Chihuahua framework, the cluster seeks to attract investment and position Chihuahua as a key mobility hub in North America.
