Chihuahua officials illuminate Plaza de Armas for Cerebral Palsy Awareness

Councilwoman Cristina Treviño promoted the event to foster empathy and visibility for the condition, specifically recognizing the Kopac Chihuahua association for its long-term support of children, youth, and adults living with cerebral palsy.
