Chihuahua police complete Police Command Diploma program
Twenty-five members of the Chihuahua State Public Security Secretariat (SSPE) have completed a Police Command Diploma program. The training was designed to strengthen leadership, decision-making, and operational coordination among officers.
Public Security Secretary Luis Aguirre led the closing ceremony, emphasizing that continuous training is essential for preparing commanders to lead teams and respond to high-pressure situations while adhering to the law. The 120-hour program was conducted by the University of Sonora at the Torre Centinela facilities.
The participants represent various departments, including the subsecretariats of State Staff, Deployment, Intelligence, Mobility, Penitentiary System, Executive Security, Prevention, and Citizen Participation, as well as the C7-IA unit. The initiative was funded by the 2026 Public Security Contribution Fund (FASP).
