Chihuahua police fine motorcyclist in pedestrian zone

Traffic police officers from the Beta group in Chihuahua, Mexico, were recognized by citizens after issuing a fine to a motorcyclist riding through a pedestrian zone on Libertad Street in the city center.

Local residents reported that motorcyclists, including food delivery drivers and commercial collectors, frequently enter pedestrian-only areas, often using horns to force pedestrians to move aside. Citizens expressed concern that these actions pose significant risks to children and the elderly, and have called for increased police presence to ensure these zones remain exclusive to pedestrians.
