Chihuahua residents demand refunds for canceled Alejandra Guzmán concert

More than 400 people in Chihuahua Capital are demanding refunds following the cancellation of an Alejandra Guzmán concert originally scheduled for August 22. The event was canceled on August 14, just days before the performance.

According to reports from affected consumers on social media, attendees submitted all required documentation, including contact details and proof of purchase, to initiate the refund process. However, many claim they have stopped receiving clear responses. They have reportedly been informed that refunds will not begin until after October 30.

Discontent is growing among ticket holders who argue they should not have to wait months to recover funds for a show that never took place. Some consumers have sought assistance from Profeco, but they have described the agency's response as deficient and lacking a concrete solution.
