Chihuahua State DIF distributes 12 free prosthetics

The Chihuahua State DIF has distributed 12 free, custom-made prosthetics this week to residents in Chihuahua City and Cuauhtémoc. The beneficiaries originate from various locations, including Santa Bárbara, Jiménez, Chihuahua, Casas Grandes, Madera, and Tomochi.

To expand these services, a new prosthetics workshop is being inaugurated in Ciudad Juárez to accelerate request processing and reduce delivery times. This facility joins existing specialized infrastructure in the capital and Cuauhtémoc. The program aims to provide 90 free prosthetics across the state this year. Since the start of the current administration, the DIF has provided over 21,500 various mobility and hearing aids.
