Chihuahua wins U10 National Baseball Championship

Chihuahua won the Femebe U10 National Pre-Infantile Championship after defeating Sonora 11-10 in a sudden-death finish. Sonora held a 10-6 lead entering the final stages, but Chihuahua staged a comeback fueled by defensive errors and timely hits.

In the eighth inning, Mateo Simental hit a walk-off single to allow Yahir Navarrete to score the winning run. Yadiel Zapata was credited with the win for Chihuahua, while Liam Romero took the loss for Sonora. In the third-place match, Tamaulipas defeated Sinaloa 2-1.

The tournament was held in Yucatán.
