Chihuahua youth participate in legislative simulation and international summit

In Chihuahua, Mexico, 33 participants of the 2026 Chihuahuan Youth Parliament simulated a legislative session at the State Congress. The participants focused on public policies regarding quality education and the role of youth in state politics. Before the session, the State Human Rights Commission provided training on the legislative process, and participants worked in various specialized commissions, including Education, Health, and Environment.

Separately, a delegation of 25 young people from Chihuahua will represent Mexico at the IX International Youth and Human Rights Summit. Organized by the World Network of Young Politicians, the event will take place in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, from December 4 to 6. The summit aims to provide training and dialogue regarding human rights, leadership, and youth participation.
